Project Details:
Project: Retaining walls, paving, steps and soft landscaping
Location: Strathmore and Coburg, Victoria
Size: 90m² each
Area: Two backyards
Two backyards with the same brief for raised garden beds along the fence line and a large area for lawn. Both retaining walls were built from concrete stack stone blocks on concrete footings. In both cases the owners were intent on completing the soft landscaping themselves. The house in Coburg had some left over house bricks that were used to create a small barbeque area for the family.
