There was an issue with water pooling around the back door during heavy rain. So we lifted the existing bricks that were just laid on the dirt and installed a new concrete base with a strip drain. Then it was a matter of cleaning the old bricks and relaying them on a wet mortar bed in a stretcher brick pattern for a new timeless area of paving.

With the existing brick pathway in bad shape we lifted the existing bricks and relaid them on a new concrete base and mortar bed with flowing curves to access the front door and sideways.

Starting with an uninviting backyard with a slope down to the back fence. We designed a plan to create a space for a young family to use. We split level the yard for a nice sized lawn area for the kids to play with a small paved area for a table and a lower garden bed area along the back fence.

The owners of this property had just built a self-contained unit for the son to live in while studying at university. The builder organised for a landscape plan to be drawn up and the end result followed the plan to perfection. The yard is now very attractive and user friendly for the whole family.

The owner had just finished a large renovation job and wanted a simple font yard with an old red brick driveway. He also wanted a hardy lawn for the kids and standard roses along the front. The stretcher bond brick paving with header coarse was laid on a concrete base and mortar bed. Access down to the gas meter was needed and was achieved using existing blue stones on site as steps.

A front yard that was overgrown with weeds and grass, and a sideway with nothing but cracked concrete needed to be re-landscaped. The owner wanted to use old red bricks and the Paragon Landscape design team went to work. The front area is semi formal and has access for human interaction and is quite visually pleasing.
